Sarah is a senior at Calvin University studying biochemistry. After graduating, she plans to get her master’s degree in microbiology and cell science with a concentration in medical microbiology and biochemistry.

Nikki graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in physiology and neuroscience. She completed her master’s degree in biology at University of California, San Diego, studying Wnt and Fzd interactions on the cell surface. She is currently continuing this work to determine what occurs inside the cell after Wnt and Fzd interact.
